How long does it take?
A Listing Refresh is ready in 2 business days. A Full Stage takes 5–7 business days from approval to photo day. Model Home Programs run on your development calendar — typically two weeks per home including sourcing.
You approve one fixed price before we begin. There are no hourly meters running and no surprise add-ons at pickup.
What do you need from me?
The address, a few phone photos, and your target listing date — that is enough for a first estimate. On setup day we need access and clear floors; we handle everything else, down to the last stem and cushion.
After photography, our pieces stay in place until closing, with touch-ups between showings on request.
